Rubbing Oil for Painful Joints
Olive Oil 1 cup
Marjoram 10 drops
Eucalyptus 8 drops
Cajuput 4 drops
Black Pepper 2 drops
Mix oils together and massage painful joints with the warmed oil.
Bug Off
Sweet Almond 2 Cups
Cajuput 100 drops
Lemon 75 drops
Geranium 75 drops
Cedarwood (atlas preferred) 50 drops
Blend essential oils and add to carrier/base oil. Shake well and apply frequently to exposed skin
Aphrodisiac Massage Blend
Cinnamon 1 drop
Orange, Sweet 1 drop
Ylang Ylang 2 drops
Dilute in 2 teaspoons of carrier oil.
Cough and Cold Bath
Eucalyptus 4 drops
Benzoid Resinoid 4 drops
Cypress 2 drops
Ginger 3 drops
Stimulate Hair Growth
Rosemary 10 drops
Bay 8 drops
Cedarwood 7 drops
Add essential oils to 50 ml of Jojoba. Apply to hair and scalp. Wrap hair in towel and leave for about 2 hours. Wash hair out as normal.
Massage Blend for Varicose Veins
Rosehip Seed Oil 2 ounces
Cypress 15 drops
Lavender 10 drops
Bergamot 5 drops
Vitamin E 1/4 ounce
Blend oils and massage gently into veins. Avoid areas that are bruised or swollen.
Stress Reducing Massage Formula
Sweet Almond Oil 1/2 cup
Anise 6 drops
Rose Attar 6 drops
Nutmeg 6 drops
Blend all oils together and use as a massage oil.
Insominia Blend
Lavender 3 drops
Ylang Ylang 3 drops
Chamomile (Roman) 2 drops
Blend essential oils in 1/2 ounce of base oil
Localized Swelling Compress
Cypress 12 drops
Juniper 9 drops
Lemon 9 drops
Blend oils and store in an amber bottle. Mix 10 drops in 2 cups of ice cold water and apply compress. Change when compress becomes warm.
Alcohol, 90% 4 1/2 cups
Eucalyptus 6 tsp
Thyme 3 tsp
Pine 3 tsp
Lavender 2 tsp
Lemon 2 tsp
Blend all ingredients together. To prepare as an inhalation, add 3 teaspoons to 6 cups boiling water. Can be added to bath water or foot baths. Use 3 drops in the bath or 1-2 drops in foot bath.
Silky-Smooth Herbal Bath Oil
8 oz Safflower Oil
4 oz Castor Oil
2 oz Jojoba Oil
2 oz Sweet Almond Oil
30 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
30 drops Lavender Essential Oil
10 drops Geranium Essential Oil
Mix ingredients in a bowl. Cover and let blend for 4 days. Transfer to a glass bottle.

Sensual Massage Recipe One

  • 4 ounces of your preferred carrier oil
  • 15 drops of rose oil
  • 15 drops of ylang ylang oil
  • 10 drops of jasmine oil

Sensual Massage Recipe Two

  • 4 ounces of your preferred carrier oil
  • 15 drops of rosewood oil
  • 10 drops of geranium oil
  • 8 drops of jasmine oil
  • 4 drops of neroli oil

The Spicy Sensual Massage

  • 4 ounces of your preferred carrier oil
  • 15 drops of sandalwood oil
  • 9 drops of cinnamon oil
  • 6 drops of peppermint oil
  • 5 drops of black pepper oil

Don't forget to test your oil mixture before applying too liberally to your partner's skin - apply to a small area and wait a few minutes, watching for any kind of reaction.
